If you are experiencing connectivity problems or no service at all, please contact us at 2612619017 by pressing 3 for technical support.
For your convenience you should call us from the place of connection.
After six months from the initial activation of your connection, you may, if you wish, temporarily suspend for up to 9 months by informing us by email to [email protected] before the next payment notice is issued.
When you wish to reconnect, you inform us in the same way, a payment notice is issued, and upon payment, the services are reactivated.
Our services are not provided on a contract basis and are therefore available on a prepaid basis.
The payment you make each month, including the one at the initial installation, is for the following month, not the one that has passed.
A payment notification for the next month will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided, five (5) calendar days before the end of the month you have prepaid, for the following month.
The timeframe for payment is ten (10) calendar days.
Upon activation of their connection, each subscriber receives a six-digit unique customer code, which will be used to make payments. This code will be displayed prominently and clearly on every payment notification you receive.

OWNER: ANDREAS ANDRIANOPOULOS AND SIA S.A. with the six-digit customer code as the reason for payment.
After the payment notice is paid, the paid document (receipt/invoice) will be sent to the same email address.
In case of late payment of the payment notice, the services will be automatically interrupted and the reconnection will take place on the NEXT working day after the payment notice is paid, at 15:00 – 17:00.
